Science at Western
This major is especially applicable to students who are considering teaching as a career. You will have the opportunity to develop discipline knowledge alongside scientific laboratory and inquiry based skills. The major also includes developing strong communication and critical thinking skills, essential for the future role of biology graduates. The degree combines Biology with learning about Education where you will be required to complete four units of study in Education Studies. You will be offered a place in the Master of Teaching program on successful completion of the degree.
